 Musical
Bounce                Back

Promoting the role of women in music
and connecting for a new pedagogy

From April 2022 to June 2024, led by PIANO AND CO, twenty-five students and about fifteen professors coming from Europe (Cyprus, France, Greece and Portugal) and Armenia have worked on the same question : How can we make female composers more visible?

Three proposals have emerged :

> Creating a pedagogical kit intended for conservatories, universities and music schools with tools to raise awareness,

> Discovery, rediscovery, dissemination of women musical heritage, and creation of new works,

> Production of a documentary tracing the project development and following three generations of women musicians.

On this website, you will be able to learn more about the Musical Bounce Back project. This platform provides some awareness tools and a working methodology.
